P0405 won’t go away

I’ve got a 2016 Custom which keeps kicking up a P0405 code which won’t go away. I initially went straight in and swapped the egr which seemed clogged but after fitting the new egr the mil is still on and the code is still showing. On closer inspection I don’t seem to have a 5v line into the egr plug, I’ve checked the plug (visually) and this looks ok. Does the egr have a fuse? I can’t seem to find anything that points to egr fuses. Alternatively is there anything else I should be checking?

Check stuff like turbo actuator as I believe it's on the same line
